Biography of Country Vocalist Amanda Wilson

Dynamite comes in small packages. In Amanda Wilson's case...it also comes in the form of a seventeen year old. Influenced by greats such as Dolly, Reba, Patty, Wynnona, and Bonnie Raitt, she has been a singer and performer since the age of five!

Amanda has performed in local and state fairs, festivals, celebrations, and private parties. At the age of thirteen, she competed in a talent show and received rave reviews. She was approached by all of the judges, one of which would soon become her manager. Together they began turning her dreams into a reality.

With two CD's currently in release nationwide, (Out of Sight, Out of Mind) her country CD, and her newly released gospel CD, (Angels), She was chosen to perform at Music Women International's Fourth Annual Conference and Showcase "Hot Women, Cool Music" scheduled three showstopping performances for Amanda at the Media Play Stores in Nashville, TN. She was nominated and selected as a Music Woman to watch. She is an active member of Music Women International.

Poised and professional, Amanda is a new star on the horizon and one that is certainly talented beyond her years. Watch for this star to begin shining brightly very soon.
